for starters, he chills with me in my office and we just bs while im working during the day. every time im talking to a girl he wants to see pictures and tells me i need to have sex with her. i can pretty much call him and be late if i ever need to, and also leave early if i need to – no matter what the reason. anytime my being absent involves a girl, he pretty much all but tells me to leave. and this conversation explains everything.
ive had a long few days with very little sleep. i woke up this morning to my alarm, and was completely miserable. so i called my boss.
doug: WHAT drew…. (any time i call him at 630 on a monday morning, he knows what the call is about).
drew: doug… im not doing too well….
doug: is there a girl with you?
drew: no doug.
doug: did you get laid last night?
drew: no doug.
doug: then get up and get your a** to work.
drew: see you in a little bit doug.
this little coversation actually brightened my day and made it start out a lot better than it would have.
